Christmas 2018 Delivery Dates

Christmas 2018 falls on the worst day possible, a Tuesday!  Our advice for all of our customers is to give yourself plenty of time if you are ordering online!

For UK orders, the last order date is the 21st of December at 11am, the parcel should be with you on the 24th and will go by Special Delivery and WILL need to be signed for.  However, we will process orders after that up until 11am on the Saturday, they will also go by Special Delivery and should be with you by Christmas Eve but we are definitely not guaranteeing that.

All UK deliveries are still free for the Christmas period, all are tracked and/or signed for through Royal Mail Special Delivery or First Class Signed For.

IMPORTANT please ensure that there will be someone at your delivery address to sign for the delivery.

If you are placing an international order and would like to know your last delivery date, please email jo@guiltybangles.co.uk and I will let you know the latest dates, some of these are below, all deliveries are tracked and the majority are signed for.

For the Ireland, Belgium and France the last order date is the 17th of December.

For the majority of Europe, Canada and the USA, the last order date is the 13th of December.

For Australia and New Zealand, the last order date is the 10th of December. 

The cost of our international shipping is now just £5!

All tracking codes are available on request, we cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered, there is always some element of human error and deliveries are at the whim of the relevant delivery company in the local country.  We have a success rate of over 99% on deliveries in the UK and worldwide!

Extended Christmas Returns

As always, we are looking to help our customers who are buying our Guilty Bangles as presents. For all Christmas 2018 orders, our returns date is extended to the 9th of January 2019. If you are returning a bangle and would like an exchange or refund over the Christmas and New Year period, please just drop us an email and we will be able to help you with advice on returns.

 

 

Will I receive an email confirming my order?

You will receive and email confirming your order to the email address you submitted to Guilty Bangles when you made your order.  If your confirmation email hasn’t arrived to your inbox, please check your ‘Junk Mail’ or ‘Spam Folder’.  If you are still having issues with receiving your confirmation email, please contact Guilty Bangles:

What are your delivery charges?

Guilty Bangles are pleased to offer our customers Free Signed For Delivery on all orders for the UK, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland! International orders outside of the UK and Ireland are charged at a flat fee of £5 and we deliver to the majority of countires including the whole of Europe to Australia and New Zealand. If you want to place an international order, please feel free to contact us before placing your order to confirm a delivery schedule.

 

When will my order arrive?

We despatch virtually all of our orders the next working day or even on the day of order. We listen to our customers and speed of delivery is always important, as is security. The vast majority of orders are shipped using a tracking facility through special delivery or signed for through Royal Mail. Speciali delivery orders arrive the next day, if you need your order fast, just let us know and we will do everything we can to get it with you within two working days at a maxmimum, if not faster!!

Will my order need to be signed for when it is delivered?

Yes, your order will need a signature when it is delivered to you.  If you are not at home when the postman or delivery man delivers your order, they will leave you a card so you can either arrange another suitable delivery time, or you can collect your order from your local sorting office.

 

What payment methods do Guilty Bangles accept?

When you place an order with Guilty Bangles you have the option of Cardsave or Paypal to make your payment.  You can make a payment using most credit and debit cards through both Cardsave and PayPal, you do not need a PayPal account to make a payment. Both systems are secure and stable and if you do not have a Paypal account, you may want to take the option of using Cardsave where you can pay with the majority of credit or debit cards. If you are experiencing any difficulties making payment, please do not hesitate to contact us.

You can also pay by BACs using a direct transfer from your account to ours, our details or available in the checkout process when you place your order.

 

What do I do if I want to return my goods?

Guilty Bangles offer a 14 day returns policy. We will guarantee to refund you for any item purchased from Guilty Bangles within 14 days of receipt.  We will accept returns for any item purchased being returned to us in the original condition with any tags or labels attached along with our bespoke Guilty Bangles Packaging. If the product has been clearly used, we will not issue a return.

To allow us to process a return you must complete and return the ‘Guilty Bangles Returns Form' (PDF) with the item(s) you would like to return in all of its original packaging including tags and labels to:

Any product purchased and returned to Guilty Bangles outside of the initial 14 days of purchase but within 30 days of purchase may be subject to either a refund or credit at the discretion of Guilty Bangles.

All returns for any item that is deemed unsuitable but not faulty is at your cost.  We strongly advise that all returns are sent by signed for or recorded delivery, proof of sending does not constitute proof of receipt and refunds or credits will only be provided once the product has been received by us.  Guilty Bangles will reimburse the cost of returns for any items that are deemed to be faulty.

The Guilty Bangles returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights and Distance Selling Regulations.

 

Is Gift Wrapping available?

All our Guilty Bangles and Bracelets will be delivered to you in our bespoke Guilty Bangles packaging.  Our beautiful packaging will be selected on the best fit for your bangle or bracelet, either a stunning padded black gift box or a quality black satin pouch. We do offer free gift wrapping, if you would like your bangle or bracelet to be gift wrapped, just let us know when you place an order 

 

I Am a UK Designer, Can I Sell my Bangles or Bracelets on Guilty?

Guilty Bangles enjoy handpicking our fabulous range of bangles and bracelets to cater for our stylish and fashion forward customers. The vast majority of our silver bangles and bracelets are sourced in the UK and we particularly prefer working with independent UK silversmiths to create bespoke and unique designs of the highest quality, if you fit this profile then we would love to hear from you!
