Guilty Bangles Returns Policy

Guilty Bangles offer a 30 day returns policy.  We will guarantee to refund you for any item purchased from Guilty Bangles within 30 days of receipt.  We will accept returns for any item purchased being returned to us in the original condition with any tags or labels attached.  If the product has been clearly used, we will not issue a return.

*Please note that we do accept returns on EARRINGS due to hygiene reasons and we are also unable to accept returns for bespoke engraved bangles.

Extended Returns Times: Many of our bangles and bracelets are purchased as presents or gifts and we know that some clients would want an extended return period to cover a specific date such as a birthday or wedding gift. If you require an extension to the return date as you are purchasing the product as a gift, please let us know when ordering and we can increase the returns period to cover your specific date.

To allow us to pocess a return you must complete and return the ‘Guilty Bangles Returns Form' (PDF) with the item(s) you would like to return in all of its original packaging including tags and labels to:

We will offer a full refund on any product found to be faulty within 30 days of purchase.

All returns for any item that is deemed unsuitable but not faulty is at your cost. We strongly advise that all returns are by signed for or recorded delivery, proof of sending does not constitute proof of receipt and refunds or credits will only be provided once the product has been received by us.

The Guilty Bangles returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights and Distance Selling Regulations.
